Be careful with water in Cuba, to avoid stomach or gastric disturbances. You should have all the medication you need with you in sufficient quantity.
Heath and Medical attention in Cuba
The major tourist hotels have first-aid stations, usually staffed by a dictor, in the tourist areas also international clinics (www.servimendcuba.com or contact you embassy).
If you need medical attention, pay in cash in CUC. Since 2010 it has been obligatory to have proof of an existing travel heath insurance to enter Cuba.
